I work for an organization that by default has edge://* on the URL block list, and then white lists whatever they might need to exempt it. As of the 148 update this blocks the download fly out when someone either clicks to download a file or clicks on the download button in the toolbar. I pulled the URL list from edge://about and tried adding everything to the URL allow list to then go one-on-one to figure out which one is responsible, but even after allowing everything that fly out is giving a page blocked message.

Does anyone know what the actual URL is for the fly out window?
