Hi everyone! I am looking to buy this Wilton 9400 bench vise. I know it is missing the swivel base and am fine with that. What is a bit of a red flag for me is that I see welds between the slide and the moving jaw. This seems like a repair and not oem. Can anyone give me some insight on this and what you would pay for the vise. I figure even if compromised it’s better than any overseas stuff I could get for a similar price.
