If you're from southern Ontario, then summers might mean cottaging in the Muskokas, canoeing in Algonquin Park or time spent in the County (PEC).

If you live in Québec City, then what are your favourite Québec holidays? Is it the Charlevoix region or Gaspé or....? Are canoeing and kayaking popular? Do you like camping or do you have summer homes/cottages?

If you had a long weekend or a couple weeks off, then where would you head?

I'm Canadian and my top sandwiches are:

  1. Hot chicken (leftover roast) on a warm buttered bun

  2. Salmon salad sandwich (or smoked salmon and cream cheese on a seeded bagel)

  3. Grilled Cheese (with sautéed garlic and apple slices if I want to be fancy)

  4. Tuna and Arugula

  5. Fried Egg (or Egg salad)

Just wondering how different my favs are from what you typically eat in the UK. If there are any sandwiches you eat that are specifically Scottish or Welsh, etc. that would be great to learn! :)

If you live in the UK, then everyone would have access to BBC iPlayer. I see there is also something called ITVX (or STV in Scotland).

Are these the primary ways you watch TV in the UK?

You have an amazing wealth of your own programmes. But do you tend to also watch shows from Australia, Ireland (RTÉ player), other European countries or North America?
