As an American, I love to travel. I love exploring new places, learning about different cultures, learning languages, etc. Why is it when I travel I only meet people from other countries? As an American, I don’t understand why people don’t travel more.
I feel like I do nothing all day and I feel like other people I work with also don’t do anything. We just talk in circles. Is that everyone’s experience or is it just my company?
I have been working in corporate finance for the past 3 years and I hate the bureaucracy of it. I’ve heard working for a start up can be really fun especially at my age. I’ve been looking through LinkedIn for jobs but I can hardly find start up jobs. Is the job market primarily through connections or is there another way?
