Thinking of converting my Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Bonvoy points for an upcoming trip at the Disney Swan, since they’re running a 65% promotion. Also, considering applying for the Boundless card since we plan on staying at the Swan at least once a year. Is the current SUB good right now?

Wife and I are looking to fund some bigger projects on the house and are looking to take out upwards of $250k. Is a HELOC my best option? And what are the better lenders?

Currently owe $265k on our house which is valued at ~$650k (mortgage is roughly $2600/m)
Credit score: 830
HHI: $190k+
