im currently running

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor - RAM: 32 GB

AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT - VRAM: 12 GB

1440p

I used to get like 200 fps but from when bo7 came out i run like around 120 fps on rebirth island with all my settings on the lowest they go, im using no upscaling cause my game looks mega blurry with it on, even on quality mode. Is it a classic amd gpu moment or is anyone else having the same problem.
