I am bringing action against 3 parties, all separate defendants, yet mutual facts and evidence relied on by all parties. Heads of claim different against each, events separate in time/days but overlapping parties/witnesses.

Had a CMC yesterday, judge advised case managing them all together if they are brought as different claims, which they are.

Is there an application I can make to the High Court for a case management hearing, where the court can advise procedurally how they prefer the cases to be brought and managed?

I cannot afford solicitors so am trying to do this myself.
