My GF works from home as a hypnotherapist. She does have a home office that is quiet but there's always the occasional noise from the kids or bark from our dog.

With the kind of therapy she offers, it is very important that she can install a very calm and soothing setting. The worst part for her is not so much that she hears something, but she stresses that her patient hears from her mic.

I would like to offer her some good quality noise cancelling headphones, and is there something as noise cancelling microphone? Preferably wired and over the ears. Usher is around 2-300$. Thanks in advance!
