Just picked up a GLC63s. I am looking to see if I can make it more comfortable

Currently I have 21 inch rims with

265/40R21

295/35R21

Is it possible to upgrade to

265/45R21 front

295/40R21 rear

I do understand 20 inch rims would be way better too but looking at tires first.
