We are hiring a Claims & Carrier Support Specialist to manage shipping claims end-to-end with carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
This is an operations-focused role where persistence, organization, and follow-through are critical.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
📦 Claims Management
- File claims with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)
- Investigate shipment issues (lost, damaged, missing items, misdelivered)
- Ensure all claims are submitted accurately and promptly
📞 Carrier Communication
- Communicate with carriers via email
- Provide required documentation:
- Invoices
- Photos
- Shipment details
- Handle cases where carriers cannot reach customers
🔁 Follow-Up & Escalation
- Track all active claims and follow up consistently
- Escalate cases when needed
- Refile or reopen denied claims when applicable
📊 Tracking & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Claim status (pending, approved, denied)
- Payout amounts
- Claim numbers and updates
- Update internal systems (ClickUp)
🤝 Internal Coordination
- Work closely with operations and support teams
- Provide updates on claim progress
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently
