First time Micro Soldering

Using lead free solder (SAC305), everything adhered fine but some of the joints are not shiny and look a bit dusty, did I do something wrong here? I used plenty of flux. Had my Pinecil set to 360°. I had some problems with the tip tinning at some point so bought lead free tip thinner from thermaltronics which I only started using after the sp1 and sp2 joints.

Everything has been working fine once the device was back together but I’m worried the joints aren’t strong and it will stop working, or maybe it’s normal for them to be not shiny?
