Overthinking OB vs BL

I may be approaching a catalyst moment where I'm looking to buy a new car, and I've had my eye on the BS for awhile. I'm driving a Honda Element that I've had since 03, and I have just under 200k miles, so I drive less than 10k year on average (even less in recent years, I work across the street from my house). I'm mainly looking to add a third car as my kids are driving and managing 5 jobs, 4 drivers and 2 cars is creating a math problem.

Price wise, I'm stretched to consider a 25-30k budget given my down payment and finance options, and the main feature I want for my winters is heated seats. In that price range, I'm seeing some possibilities for a 25 BB new, 25 OB with some miles (typically a courtesy vehicle or rental), and a 22-23 BL with 30-40k miles. For BB and OB, I think I prefer to look for a 25 just on the chance that the new engine build helps its longevity, but I'm more comfortable with the 22-23 BL as my sense is that engine is stronger.

For use case, think daily driver with mostly snow and occasional trails, so I (unfortunately) doubt I would push the BL as it's capable, but wouldn't mind the fun engine.

Anything I should be thinking about as I consider those options? Longevity is a value for me, and that's probably my biggest hesitation about moving from Honda to Ford, but I do really like these Sports and want them to work!
