Tldr: someone declined this saying "i didnt like the trade" and when I asked why, they ignored me and instead asked the commissioner to tell me to stop sending them trades.
I sent this package to someone as part of a 4 team trade, where I was overpaying a little on my end, to ensure I could get allgeier and benson as handcuffs when I drafted Love, rather than taking Tate, as I'm too loaded at receiver as it is. My rb room was also kind of weak after Jeanty, so i felt great about this trade (i like having handcuffs), and so did the other 2 teams that accepted, but this team shown declined. I was kind of confused, because I specifically paid extra on this team's end, knowing they are not typically a team that does trades.
When they declined the trade, I asked why, and they simply said they didn't like the trade. I told them I was just a bit confused as to why and asked what needed to be different, because I felt I had made the deal really good for their side (so they would accept the trade without fuss), and asked if there was something else I could do in order to make it work. Without responding, they proceeded to message the commissioner instead, telling him directly to ask me to stop sending them trades ever again. I was completely baffled, because this is only the 4th trade I have sent them in the past 2.5 years (aside from a league wide joke trade.)
For additional league context, I've had 2 other trade offers to different teams that have been sitting in the inbox for 4 and 5 months respectively, and they haven't even checked the trades or read my message following up months later. Does anyone else out there think I am crazy for thinking this is a smash accept for basically anyone? Am I overreacting for having left the league after this?
