Any OPM folks or others who’ve gone through deferred retirement?

Former SSA employee here — separated years ago with ~15 years under FERS. I recently applied for a deferred (reduced) retirement at 59.

My case showed up in the OPM portal about a month ago. Initially, it looked like retro months were listed (all $0), and it showed 4/1/26 as the first payment date. Now we’re into May, still no payment or finalized amounts.

Appreciate any insight from those who’ve been through the process or have OPM experience. FYI, the phone number on website doesn’t get answered. The website help form doesn’t take my CSA #. Thx!
