Back again with another question! I’ve seen some people say you can have extremely lean ground beef and lean cuts of beef in moderation- is this true? I’ve been sticking to nothing but chicken!

Recently diagnosed with high Cholesterol…have basically crash coursed my entire diet. I have a sweet tooth and that’s my main issue. That being said, I’m totally down with doing sugar free alternatives but if I want a creamy coffee every once in a while what is everyone else putting in that’s mostly sugar free and not high in sat fat? Currently making my own cold brew and drinking one cup a day with a pack of Splenda.
