Hiya, I'm a Specialty TM and I just have a quick question, has any other store's magnement used the word Urgancy to describe workload And helping guests in general?

I just feel like that word is a word that's the complete opposite of Targets new goal in guests first. Idk the word just rubs me the wrong way.

I'm just curious to see what others think, I know this is a nothing type of topic but thank you if you decide to comment.
