pretty simple post, i have this hand fan that doesn’t come apart so im not sure how to clean it, i bring it with me to work and its starting to blow dust and lint out of it.

Hi, i’m trying to set up my sisters new phone for her but it’s stuck on preparing update. i’ve tried everything, i’ve reset it, i set it up as a new iphone, ive tried the data transfer, and nothings working. id appreciate any advice.
