Help me find a teddy bear given as a baby gift in 1993-1994 in Pittsburgh PA. Smooth cotton jersey fabric — not fuzzy plush, not waffle texture. Cream/beige natural unbleached color. Approximately 12 inches tall, standing upright. Pillow soft. Had eyes. Hypoallergenic. Likely purchased at a Pittsburgh hospital gift shop or specialty natural toy store.
