Hello! My lease is over at the end of June but I'm required to give notice by May 29. I am keeping an eye on streeteasy and zillow but thought I'd reach out to the community :)
Here's what I'm looking for:
Lease start date: mid-to-late June or July 1
Apartment size: 1 bedroom or a studio with an alcove for a 'bedroom'
Location: Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Prospect Heights, Park Slope. Access to the N/Q/R or 4/5/6 is ideal for work
Length of lease: 1 year
Amenities: dishwasher and laundry in building (but these aren't dealbreakers)
About me:
36 yo woman
No pets and I do not smoke
Credit score 780+
Sable income at an architecture firm that I've been at for 4 years
