Just wondering. It seems that damage to the head/brain is the only thing that can permanently take down the Immortal. He was majorly incapacitated when Nolan decpitated him and needed surgery from the twins. In one of the alt universes, Mark crushes his head and implies that's killed off for real.
But we see flashbacks and the Immortal is Abraham Lincoln. Presumably history played out the same way. How did he survive that gunshot wound?
Also, does the public know that this is Abraham Lincoln?
