Hi guys, how do you use the loop? I like how easy it is to wear and how it looks. On the other side steps are miles too high, burnt kcal per day seems to be a lot too high as well. HR always seems very low to me.
How can I properly use the device?! What wisdom do you guys extract from it? (Got it yesterday…)
