Could finally hear again!

Been going for weeks if not months unable to properly hear. The moment I took this stuff out my left ear could truly hear again.
I’m just worried if I left my ears uncared for just a little too long, while using earbuds and such.
The long piece was a nice solid long strand I was able to pull from my left ear.
