Ive been trying really hard to get the weight off, im 6’2” 300. I can do so good throughout the day. Then about 8pm all i can think about is eating, as embarrassing as it is to say i feel like I can never stop myself from overeating at night. Ive tried going to bed earlier but that just leads to me not getting a good night of sleep, and ive tried fasting until this afternoon but then I feel like i get so hungry that it actually just makes me eat more. I slowly am starting to feel like im at a loss. I have the courage and want to do this i think i just need to get the mental state of it down. Any advice would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks.
