I'm in over my head. Realised I am clueless and need help.

I have a momentary push button with an led indicator ring light.

I want to push it once, and the light to stay on. Push it again, and the light to be off.

I googled and I think a bistable relay is what I want, so bought this.

I've wired it up as per the picture, but I can't get the relay to switch. The black button on the relay works, switching it when pressed. But I cannot trigger it using the led button itself.

I tried using AI for help and it told me to connect the buttons NO wires to the points shown. It told me it just needs to bridge those contacts for it to trigger the relay. I even tested bridging them with a screwdriver, but same result, nothing. (except making the led indicator light above it flicker). I tested those points and when the indicator LED is on its 0v and when its on its 1.8v. So i dont see the logic in bridging them to trigger the relay. But then again, i dont know a lot lol

I'm so fricking confused, anyone help me?
