As a non- northern Malian. I’m wondering what those who live in Mali think about separating the country into 2. On one hand most in the north have no connection to the south unless it’s for Bamako.

On the other, Mali does nothing for its people so let them govern themselves. We all know their are powers behind, outside of Mali ,that are antagonizing this region and do not want to see stability. They just want to milk its resources but, it’s no different then Mali exploiting its own land.

Hello I’m not too knowledgeable about the topic. But is the goal to separate from Mali or takeover the entire country with SHARIA?
