This is going to sound really stupid but I didn't realize that we're meant to have an ongoing CPD record as HMOs or unaccredited registrars outside of training. I moved over from the UK and wasn't aware of this until recently. I was under the impression that we only set these up once on a training programme.

Currently an ED reg & planning to apply for ACEM training this year. Have I shot myself in the foot by not maintaining a portfolio? To start one now, what CPD homes do people most likely use?
