I know pain with ovulation is common with endo, but has anyone experienced this as a recurring, NEW (didn’t happen before excision surgery) symptom?

I’ve never had ovulation pain until after surgery in summer 2024, then conceived, now breastfeeding but my cycle is restarting and every time I get an LH surge (I’ve had a few anovulatory cycles likely bc of breastfeeding) I get cramps/gas pain/bowel movement pain which I’ve never experienced before having surgery.

I had surgery to help with fertility and was fortunate to get pregnant fast. The cycle after surgery when I conceived I also had the same gas/bowel pain during ovulation (but chalked it up to being 3 weeks post op). Anyone else?
