I recently got my bottom wisdom out last July, and the areas where the teeth were closed up well(similar to the right side in the photo). It’s been around 10 months and I discovered this. What could this be?
Sorry about the discoloration on the tongue as well please just ignore it.

Edit: I am 20 and have TMJ(the side that pops is the side with the black circle; the other side does not pop).
