Hi guys - I was wondering if I could ask for some advice on this idea I've been thinking of for over 6 months now (it seems I have a lot of fear and freeze around bringing it to life but I think maybe getting some other opinions on it could help).

I have a background in biology, wellness, writing, and therapy. I also have a desire, like many of us, to take my career remote, allowing me the flexibility I desire and with more control (i.e, be my own boss).

My idea is to combine these areas of my background into a sort of course focused on guiding people through that uncomfortable in-between/liminal spaces in life. I am drawn to this specifically because I, myself, spend the most time in spaces of uncertainty - whether it be after a traumatic event or just in a waiting room before the next stage of life - and because of how familiar I am with navigating it, I would like to be of service to others in this way. Let me be clear that I am not promising to have all of the answers - I am not the guru on top of the mountain, I'm just the one leading this part of the trail right beside them, so-to-speak. The "transformation" this course provides is sovereignty, confidence in the narrative of their lives, and a deep connection to intuition. This is the gist of the idea.

However, since this is mainly an intangible process I'm stuck on what to include to make it worthwhile - I just want to be able to provide this service and do justice to both the person receiving it and myself. I'm thinking roughly: weekly meetings, journal prompts, guided shadow work/breathwork, rewriting the previous narratives/limiting beliefs. But I don't want this to be too writing heavy.

Any thoughts or opinions are welcome!!
