I'm really quite embarrassed to come here for this but I really enjoyed it as a kid and I want to find it again.

It was a Gacha Life/Gachaverse Mini Movie (May have been a series?) about what i remember as, as the title suggests, robot dragons in a lab. I think they may have been assigned colours of the rainbow?
There's only one of the characters who I remember: Her name was Cecelia, and she was, im pretty sure, a grey dragon? I think she kind of haunted the narrative.

Unfortunately I don't remember much else, but I'll likely update if I do remember more details.
