I am planning to scale my business and move to Gorakhpur.
So i am from Gorakhpur and i work remotely for Turing and i also have a business i run on the side. I am moving to Gorakhpur as i have completed my college now and just want to focus on work. I am planning to get a couple or more interns for my business.
The interns are gonna do cold out reach with emails and linkedin plus it will be a hybrid experience where i will take weekly or biweekly meetings in cafes (food and drinks on me) and discuss performance gap, suggest improvement and talk about life too. I eventually want to get an office and scale this to a small team of 25-50 people before april 2027.
The rates/payments/compensation/incentives will be disclosed to quality applicants only. I really don’t care about your age and background but do have a list of requirements.
- Work timings and schedule.
work 7 days a week with 3-4 hours per day (part time).
Or
Work 6 days a week with 7-8 hours per day (full time).
Or
Work 5 days a week with 10-11 hours per day (full time)
- Knowledge and Skills
Must have good command over written and oral English.
Must know how to use Email and google calendar.
Must know basic excel/google sheets.
Must have good AI exposure and knowledge.
Must be a quick learner.
- Work frequencies
For full time - you are expected to do 50-80 highly personalised outreach per day and keep track of all the previous emails you have send.
For part time - you are expected to do 20-30 highly personalised outreach per day and keep track of the previous emails.
Once you are done with your task you are free to logout, i want you to be efficient not effective. Plus there is no cap on the amount of leaves you can take but try to be serious and dedicate.
- Candidate preferences.
So there are 4 openings (might increase) and i am looking for an equal distribution of 2 male and 2 female but at the end this is what i am looking for and not a hard and fast stuff.

- I will fund your learnings/courses which will help you skill up and be part of other operations of the business too.
- I want a chill work culture, our daily meeting will be on discord while we play Roblox and other multiplayer games.
- Another surprising thing you’ll get is if you are dedicated towards being a better person and prove to be consistent for minimum 2 months with zero to few margins of error i will fund your gym, diet and other routines too.
- I also have other openings for video editors and web developers but not really sure if i will find good people for that or not (all my clients are medium to high value and they can easily identify AI slop) it is good to use AI but definitely not dependent on it so vibe coders can fish off.
