I have three prescriptions ready for pick up. The website says I can pick them up until 18 May. I received a text message saying I had to pick them up by tomorrow. I think 18 May is correct because they were just filled. However, trying to get this clarified, since the website is frequently incorrect, is impossible. One can no longer get through to the pharmacy or even leave a message. And the recording/AI that answers hasn’t got a clue. This particular locations store service is excellent. But the organization is going fast. Time to find a new organization.
