**About Antra and the Position:**
Antra is a leading IT consulting firm headquartered in Virginia, providing technology services to Fortune 500 clients such as **Apple, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, World Bank, Tesla, etc..**
This opportunity starts with a **virtual Skill Enhancement Program (SEP)** — a 6–7 week **free online training and onboarding program** designed to prepare you for client-facing projects. The first two weeks serve as a **probationary period**, and candidates who perform well will receive a formal offer and continue into advanced training.
Once training is complete, we begin marketing your profile to our clients. Upon project placement, you will officially be hired as a **full-time employee** of Antra, with a starting salary range of **$60,000–$70,000/year**, plus benefits including:
Paid vacation and federal holidays
Health insurance plan
Sponsorship support for OPT, H1B, and Green Card if applicable
And more (e.g., relocation assistance, etc.)
Please note: during the training and marketing period, you will be considered a **full-time intern**, and compensation begins once your project starts. We do ask candidates to be open to **relocation** based on project needs (typically a 1-year assignment), with the flexibility to choose future project locations after that.
