So I recently started listening to subliminals properly, I tried to listen to them years ago but sort of lost belief in them and I just thought I might try again since I have nothing to lose.
I basically created a playlist with a bunch of different subliminals for different things but it had quite a lot of weight loss subliminals and I can pretty much say they’re actually working, I’m not going to lie I was the type of person who didn’t believe in subliminals before but this is freaky…
Basically I struggled with BED for a long time and stress ate a lot especially since I have anxiety but after one listen I noticed that my behaviour changed, I’m not sure how to explain it but I just didn’t feel the need to eat, even when under stress, like for example I had an essay due in like a day and hadn’t started, normally I’d order like £20 of food and scarf it down to try get rid of my anxiety but my focus wasn’t even on food this time, in fact I don’t think I’ve really thought about food at all. I literally had to remind myself that for example I forgot to eat lunch or breakfast or whatever.
And the weirdest thing is that I don’t really feel hunger, like the feeling of hunger isn’t completely magically gone but it’s definitely decreased into something that doesn’t physically impact me so I’ve been able to control how much I eat easily, in fact I started to have a lot more left overs and stopped eating when I felt it was enough without feeling like I have to finish a meal.
On top of that I usually eat a lot of junk but I don’t feel cravings for restaurant foods or junk food anymore, I’d say if anything I crave home cooked meals and fruits. I’m not going to lie and say I magically started eating completely healthy because I haven’t (mostly because my flatmates trashed our kitchen so badly it’s physically impossible to stay in there for more than 5 minutes without throwing up) but I haven’t been making healthier choices and I think if I was at home I’d just cook my own meals. Also I’ve massively cut down on processed sugar, I used to be literally addicted to sugar and had some sort of conditioning that I needed a sweet treat for whatever reason but I’ve gone pretty much everyday with hour anything sugary unless it’s like a diet drink, although I’ve also decreased on those and mostly drink water now.
But most importantly I have seen an improvement in my weight, I think a big part of why I used to yo-yo diet is because I was never actually fat so it was harder actually burning fat, but I’ve started seeing an improvement in the shape of my body, idk if this like a self psychosis sort of thing or not but I also have lost physical weight, about like 4 kg in a week (but obviously this is probably initial water weight).
Anyways I’m going to continue listening and see if this keeps up.
