Computer Science graduate exploring data focused career paths.
I recently graduated with a Computer Science degree and I’m trying to decide what master’s degree to pursue.
I’m interested in data-related fields like Data Analytics or Business Analytics, but I’m not very interested in heavy programming or software development.
I enjoy working with data, dashboards, visualization, and tools like Power BI, and I’m okay with learning SQL. However, I don’t really see myself enjoying advanced coding-focused careers.
For people already in these fields:
- Which master’s degree would you recommend?
- How much programming is actually involved?
- What are the career opportunities like?
I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
