I'm writting my own book soon. And I want to make everything right to do so. One of the main plot twist is a Zombie apocalypse. And they don't eat brain. It comes from a worm who eat only skin and muscles before leaving your corpse to root/turn into a tree that makes even more worms. So for my studies note about it.. I need to find what bacteria the worms get attracked to.

and i've looked up on medicals wetsites but i can't seem to find a bacteria that is ONLY in the skin and muscles.. Any idea would be very appriciated!
