Hello all! Long time lurker, first time poster.

My SO and I have been invited to a "garden formal" wedding on the East Coast this month. I've looked online for what this entails, and got these two dresses. Which do you think is appropriate and looks good? Please be kind. I've lost a lot of weight recently (134 lbs) and am still very insecure about how I look, especially my arms. The green dress is sleeveless, but I have the little lace cover to wear over it. If neither fit the dress code, can you make any recommendations? I'm 5'8" and I'm now in a size 8 to 10, depending.
