Calcium supplements may help

It feels too good to be true but since starting calcium supplements, the past two cycles have been less harsh. I’ve mostly been tired and a bit pissed, but I haven’t felt like dying or had extreme mood swings. I don’t know if this is gonna last, but for now, it’s such a help

Sometimes when a person catches my interest, I kind of lock in on them and want to know everything about them. I am looking for someone to do this mutual exploration with. Look into me and I’ll look into you.

Your gender does not matter, neither age as long as you’re older than 22.

I love intensity in all forms. Especially in a person. When someone feels strongly and has emotional depth, when they think seriously, move boldly, and have force within them.

Also complexity, contradictions and unpredictability, I love it. And curiosity, relentlessness, the ability to go deep and be your real self.

I kind of just want to see into who you really are underneath. I want contact with your very core. If you are willing to be seen and moved, and have the willingness to do the same to me, send me a message.

As a person, I value truth over harmony, I want someone to actually engage with what I say and for them to say what they really think, even if that means challenging me. I will in return be honest with you.

I can be very serious, but also very playful. I may come across as chaotic sometimes. I love depth and meaningful conversations, psychological analysis, but I do also joke a lot and speak about random topics. I am very curious.

I don’t really mind if we have different interests, as long as we are both genuinely curious about each other and both initiate and probe.

Don’t hesitate to message, even if you don’t have all the traits I mentioned, we may be intrigued by each other anyway. We’ll only know if we try :P

I also have PMDD, and I always get these waves of body heaviness accompanied by anger during the luteal phase. Zyrtec helps it slightly.

But now, I experience it outside of luteal phase. Does anyone else have it as a symptom of histamine intolerance?

I developed sudden and pretty severe histamine intolerance in December, I could barely eat anything without getting a bunch of effects that had me ill. This continued through January and February. During March it started easing up and now in April I have been able to eat normally again.

Except I have this irritating body heaviness and anger.

What the hell is it 😩
