Has anyone ever had an ALJ list a medically determinable impairment in the decision letter that you don't have? Mine listed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which is nowhere to be found in the medical records. He missed listing Central Sleep Apnea and Central Post Stroke Pain. Waiting for a decision from the appealscouncil.
