Can we edit the interview notes, after the interview while writing the Attendance Note?

I want to make an Appendix, in the interview with:

  1. Client details

  2. Background

  3. Client instructions

However, I am aware that this might be a lot to write, so can I edit this 'Appendix' after the interview, filling in the gaps of whatever I ran out of time to include.

I do not want to spend too much time in the interview writing background info out for example. So couldn't I make the heading first and then fill in any missing details while writing the attendance note?

Thank you!

InhouseW advocacy mocks - Realistic answers?

Hey guys,

Just wondering how 'perfect' the InhouseW advocacy mock answers are.

I've gone through a few, it seems there is a great deal of information in the background facts section, but the submissions themselves seem fairly thin. Is this the correct approach? I have been only keeping the facts brief but the submissions themselves detailed.

Would appreciate your help and insight!

Is there a difference in wording for No case to answer submissions? Do we still need to introduce ourselves, as the judge would know who we are already?

Also, should we still give a background of facts?

Thank you!
