I'm 23 and looking to break into underwriting in the London market, and I’m wondering which modules are best for the initial CII Certificate.

I originally spent months applying directly for roles in London, but due to the competition and my limited insurance experience, I’ve decided to take a different approach. I’ve accepted a customer advisor role at NFU Mutual to earn some money and fund my exams.

At the moment, I’m debating whether LM1 is the best place to start and, if so, what a good route after that would be. I’m aware of how competitive the London market is, so I’m not limiting myself purely to underwriting roles.
