Old Ross Mt. Olympus MTB I got a while ago. Anyone know Ross history?

Recently got this bike free from my uncle and I’ve been restoring and loving it (minus all the rust and the weird big tandem hub in the back). Everywhere I’ve looked online I haven’t seen any paint job close to this, and frankly I haven’t seen very many ross bikes. Anyone have any info on ross or this bike I’m curious.

Paint and Decal questions

Hello all, recently received this old (‘91?) Ross MTB from my uncle for free (the most expensive kind of bike) that I’ve been restoring as a first time amateur (refurb shifters, bottom bracket, tires, canti brakes). I’ve really fallen in love with the bike, especially the color and paint. This leads me to a few questions about the paint and frame and decals.

1: Is this paint pattern / design able to be replicated?

2: is it worth taking the frame somewhere to have them strip it and de rust it? (pretty sure it lived outside for a time it’s got some bad rust and paint chipping.

3: Is it possible to fix just parts of the rear fork? If you reference photo 1 you can see the very rusty flaky fender mount hole and in photo 2 you can see the pitting on the chainstay.

4: What kind of sticker is used to put the decals on the bike? I’d like to reproduce them if I can but I’d like to do it right.

And lastly, is there anything that can be done inside or out to prevent MORE rust. Every single part on this has been seized before I come at it.
