Advice needed

Hi! I'm a fresh grad with an engineering degree and unlicensed. May nag offer po sa'kin Company A at my role is all around po, admin works, marketing, and technical works. Salary is minimum per day, at may 20% profit share, no benefits. My dilemma rn is may pending application pa po ako sa isang malaking company, Company B, pero yung training po nila ay hindi common or usually hindi tinatahak kasi madalang yung scope ng specialization nila.

Right now, nalilito pa rin po ako, based po sa meeting ko with company A marami talaga akong natutunan kasi sinabi nila na tuturuan nila ako at job wise, incase po na gusto kong mag resign maraming opportunities na pwede kong mapasukan pero yun nga salary wise mababa po, sa company B naman po meron din akong matutunan kasi isasabak kami for training before sa actual work pero if ever hindi maka receive ng JO after training baka ma back to zero ako ulit kasi yung training nila is for that specific specialization lang at unusual siya dito sa Pinas but, sobrang ganda din kasi ng company na'to. May programs kasi sila na sobrang interested ako na hindi basta² mai-offer sa ibang company. Company A po ay malapit lng sa'kin at sa Company B ay need ko pong mag relocate.

Isa sa dahilan ba't ako nalilito to go for Company A ay baka maging stagnant ako in the long run kasi comfortable po ako, baka hindi na ako lumabas sa comfort zone ko. Maganda yung work environment po ng company A, at mukang hindi po ako mapre pressure kasi very open po sila na magturo. Sa company B, sabi sa reviews okay lng din yung work environment.

Maybe you could share some advice po, I wanna hear new perspectives po. Although hindi pa sigurado na matatanggap na ako sa Company B kasi ongoing pa rin yung screening, at isang step nlng yung kulang ko at need ko po magtravel ulit para dito. Need ko na kasi magbigay ng update for Company A at baka hindi pa umabot yung results ko from company B within the timeframe given. I only have a week to decide po. TYIA!

Hello po. I'm a fresh grad with a BS in Civil Engineering. Wala pa po akong license, unfortunately hindi nakapasa last March nakulangan ng 2 points at ngayon po, currently job hunting related to my field. Is it normal to have cold feet when applying for jobs? I'm really anxious because I know marami pa po akong hindi alam. Experience wise, internship pa lang 240 hours at apprenticeship which lasted about 3 months after graduation.

For now po, gusto ko na pong magkaroon ng work but I'm scared din po na baka maging palpak sa actual work setting. Basic pa lang yung alam ko at although I'm good with softwares I can't definitely say na magaling na talaga kasi wala pang actual work exposure. Sa school lang po ganun yung exposure ko at freelance konti (perspectives/modelling, layouts). I know I could do more, pero hindi pa rin mawala yung anxiety kakaisip about the actual work. I'm planning to upskill din, to strengthen my weaknesses and maybe, maybe it could somehow boost my confidence. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share some kind words and thoughts po. Have a nice evening, everyone!
