Born and raised here in uganda, country used to be safe but recently security is now a threat. imagine being attacked in your own backyard with pangas. there are literally news of people being attacked in broad day light with pangas. one instance where an uber driver was attacked in broadday light, hacked his car windows and took all his belongings. Uganda is being mauled by corruption, no jobs here, the system is practically about connections. I've been thinking of relocating with my one year old and move to rwanda. Cant bare moving with one eye over my shoulder knowing that any time am getting attacked. How is rwanda interms of security, how about moving alone at night?
