Hey everyone, i’ve got a pretty stable and secure job working on a farm, couple hours north of Perth. but my schedule is very irregular and it gets hard going amounts of time not seeing my family and also not being 100% sure when i will get to. I do enjoy the work and i don’t have a problem working away from home it’s mainly just the ‘always changing aspect’ that gets me. I’m 24, graduated high school and have a ton experience doing a lot of hands on things (working on heavy diesel machinery, operating all types of machinery, used to be a landscaper for 5-6 years, that kind of stuff) but not many ‘tickets, or qualifications per se’.

I would like to have something with a bit more of a set in stone schedule but idk if it’s worth even looking/mentioning it with how the job market is currently from what i’ve heard.
