I know this isn't *technically* Morton's Neuroma because it's located in my right wrist roughly 2 in (5 cm) below the heel of my palm on the thumb side. But this is the closest thing I could find so figured I'd give it a shot.
I'll be honest I'm not even sure it *is* neuroma. But the only thing that came close to a matching description in my research was "cutaneous neuroma," so that's what I've been calling it.
I've lived with it for my whole life and been told from a young age it wouldn't be an issue, but it's steadily been causing more and more problems (and... I guess "hardening" as well, would be the word) as I get older. Numb fingers, burning pains, horrible cramps, and uncontrollable twitching to name a few.
So any recommendations on how to keep from aggravating it or otherwise alleviate problems until I can find a more permanent solution would be more than welcome. Thankies in advance!
