Earthbend Rupture Spire for multiple landfall triggers
If I have an ability that lets me earthbend at instant speed such as [[Toph, Hardheaded Teacher]] and then I play [[Rupture Spire]] or another land that will or can sacrifice upon entry. With the sacrifice trigger on the stack I would like to:
1). Play an instant and have Toph's ability target the Rupture Spire to then earthbend the land
2). Refuse to pay the cost so the land is sacrificed
3). The land returns again and then I choose to pay the 1 or repeat this process
This would allow me to get multiple landfall triggers or death triggers for some instants that I might have cast anyways. I am wondering:
Is the above possible to do?
Would this work with a land such as [[Riveteers Overlook]] allowing me to get multiple lands?
Are the some better lands that I could do this with?
