After reading all the positive comments about wall angels here I've started adding them to my routine(s). During the exercise I am so determined to keep my hands against the wall that skin from my knuckles was rubbing off. So now I'm wearing my long-fingered cycling gloves to do wall angels. It protects my knuckles. And also there is some emotional quality to putting my cycling gloves on... since all this started with my cervical disc issues I haven't been able to go cycling. I have piles of gloves that just sit there and now have some use again. So, there's that.
