Teleflora Expectation Vs Reality
Not only did Teleflora email the morning-of scheduled delivery to say that the arrangement was delayed and couldn't be delivered until two days later... But then the assigned floral shop didn't even get close to what I ordered, which was supposed to be a premium rose arrangement. 🤦🏼♀️ Sure, substitutions are allowed in a pinch, but this...? #TeleFloraFail #BirthdayFail
