I'll only be staying for a semester in my current school and I don't have a car. I would like to buy an under 600 ebike to use in a college town.

So far I have seen these brands around campus: ancheer, qlife, Jasion, Concord.

They are in my price range, which one would you recommend?

I have seen previous posts talking about how bad these brands are but as an international student I run a tight budget.
